Artierra's Terms of Use Agreement
By using the Artierra.com web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions
(the "Terms of Use" or the "Agreement").
General Terms
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Artierra users.

You may not use the Artierra service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree to comply
with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos,
profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post and display on the Artierra service.

You must not modify, adapt or hack Artierra.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that
it is associated with Artierra.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email or Conversations to any Artierra member ("Spam").
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- You must not, in the use of Artierra, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Artierra management reserves the right to reject any image that is either inappropriate in nature or
content, or an obvious violation of copyright or trademark laws.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Artierra account, and you will
forfeit any remaining money's based on the prorated time you may still have open as part of your enrollment
period.
