We hate spam as much as you do. We never sell or disclose your name or e-mail address to third parties.
Artierra collects personal information when you register with Artierra to use Artierra services or to post content on Artierra. When you register we ask for your email address and name. Artists that register obviously have to provide more detail for their account. Buyers are only required to register if they want to retain a My Collection wish list.
If you would like to obtain a Artist Only account, we will ask for your billing address, phone number, and divert you to Paypal for your credit card payment information. We never keep or ask for your credit card information.
Artierra automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page you request.
Artierra uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting. IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with Artierra. IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including: to diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP; to estimate the total number of users visiting Artierra from specific geographical regions.

Service-related Announcements

We will send you a welcome/confirmation email when you sign up for our services. Receipt of this email is required for using our services.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Bulletin Boards / Chat Rooms

You can change your Artierra Account Information (except your username), at any time. You can delete your Artierra account at any time from your account page; however, please note that your identification, billing and contact information may remain in Artierra's records for some period.
